1099 Information

The 1099 Misc forms will be issued and mailed in accordance with IRS rules.

 

W-9 Forms

The W-9 form is required to properly report earnings to the IRS. Hadley Jackson Oil will not pay a vendor who has not submitted a completed W-9 form. New vendors may submit their completed W-9 form via email (info@hadleyjacksonoil.com) or to our mailing address listed above.
